Welcome to amiwish. By accessing or using amiwish.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
amiwish is a free wishlist service that allows you to create wishlists, share them with friends and family via a link, and let others indicate which gifts they plan to give. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any content you create on amiwish, including wishlist titles, descriptions, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant amiwish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and underlying technology, is owned by amiwish and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the amiwish name or branding without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at viktor.konsta@gmail.com.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, amiwish and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
